What should I do if I was billed twice for my delivery?

If you're billed twice for an order, please send us a copy of your bank statement showing the two charges and we'll issue a refund immediately.

While we work hard to make sure that this never happens, in case it does, rest assure that we'll take care of it immediately. 

Please just send us an email with the order number and a copy / screenshot of your bank statement showing the two charges, and we'll issue a refund for you right away.
